It all begins with an idea. You dream of a space that welcomes and comforts you that you don’t want to leave. Take that dream and turn it into your unique space. People often have the right ideas, but for many reasons, they cannot devote the time or energy to pull them all together. We can get you into your perfect space and make your dream a reality.
Our services can be purchased with a nominal consultation fee of $200 and $75 an hour moving forward. We can discuss the details of the estimated service cost, or if the client desires, we can provide a structured bid for the project. Truth be told, in our experience, this drive costs up for the client.
It looks like this:

Set a time to meet in your home (We can decide if repurposing your existing furnishings makes sense or do a more detailed design for your room or home);
We set up a Google Keep Document with notes, purchasing decisions, design decisions, delivery dates and, Lookbooks for your review. (I will demo all of these for you when we meet.):
Review my vendors where I get discounts. (At times, your savings justify hiring a designer.);
Review my contractors and things you may select to do yourself.
Determine if there is a reveal planned or just get things done;
I will email you an estimate for the budget;
Sign off on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and we start.
Dream it.
You think you know what you want, but for some reason, life is in your way of pulling it all together. Even the most talented individuals need some advice or a nudge to get them going in the right direction and take their ideas to the next level. No job is too big or too small. We have worked with brands like Pottery Barn and William Sonoma or Target and Home Goods. The most expensive is not always the choice that best reflects your vision. It starts with a consultation to understand your concept for your unique space.
Design it.
This is the fun part where we discuss your vision. We will ask clarifying questions and take your ideas to develop a Vision Board. This step is vital to determine if all your ideas have been captured accurately and correctly. At this time, we put together recommendations to stretch your thinking and make suggestions to create a comfortable, memorable, and inspiring space.
Build it.
We will work with you to determine how involved you want to be. We think it is essential for the client to be all in the build or wait for the final reveal. Make no mistake, even with the surprise, we will communicate with Lookbooks for selections, checklists, and ordering details every step of the way. It is our job to adjust to you in this build process.
